When using JustVeePay payment solutions:
Eligible purchases may be divided into scheduled instalments
Payment amounts, due dates, and repayment terms will be clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction
By completing a purchase, you authorise JustVeePay to collect payments in accordance with your selected repayment plan
Late or missed payments may result in account restrictions, additional charges where permitted, or temporary suspension of services
We may review and adjust transaction limits, repayment eligibility, or access to features at any time.

JustVeePay acts solely as a payment service provider between customers and participating merchants.
We are not responsible for:
Product quality or condition
Shipping or delivery delays
Merchant conduct or disputes
Product pricing, stock availability, or warranties
Any concerns relating to goods or services purchased through a merchant must be addressed directly with the merchant.
6. Refunds and Returns
Refunds are managed according to the individual merchant’s return and refund policies.
Where a refund is approved by the merchant:
Your repayment balance may be updated accordingly
Eligible amounts may be returned to your original payment method or your JustVeePay account balance
Refund processing times may vary depending on the merchant and financial institutions involved.

By using JustVeePay, you agree to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
